David McCormack, Neighbor

David McCormack, Principal at SUGARMAN began his career at the firm nearly a decade ago.  While spending many of his formative years litigating and trying one of the firm’s complex product liability cases, David has represented clients in claims involving wrongful death and serious injury in a broad range of civil practice, including claims resulting from defective consumer products, motor vehicles and industrial equipment, medical negligence, construction site negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and other complex personal injury claims.

He has also represented clients in areas as diverse as an NASD arbitration proceedings relating to the WorldCom corporate scandal. David’s legal writings have been published in <i>Trial</i> magazine.

David joined SUGARMAN as an associate in 2003 and became a principal of the firm in 2011.  Currently, David and SUGARMAN partner, Marianne LeBlanc, are investigating and pursuing claims on behalf of patients who were injured as a result of defective transvaginal mesh products.  For more information, visit www.sugarman.com
